Windows XP wont run after CHKDSK. HELP ASAP PLZ!!!!!? - windows journal wont run

My computer performs the steps 1 to 3 of 3 on the CHKDSK (check archives, prices and desciptors secerity, it is reviewed journals). Having examined contribution to the attack and nothing happens. I have the Disk Operating System (Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 with Update Rollup 2). If this requires the use of safe mode plz tell me how to get there, because I know. oh thank you haha and hurry
