Why is my 4200rpm hard drive faster than my 5400rpm? - fastest notebook hard drive

The two portable hard drives in Vista has been tested, was the Fujitsu 4200rpm Windows Experience Index from 4.1 to the experience, while 5400 marked a Hitachi 4.0? What's the problem with this Final Thoughts of 5400 would be faster? Both come with 2 MB buffer and Fujitsu ATA-7, while the Hitachi ATA-5 ..

ATA-5 is 66, ATA-7 is 133, the speed difference.

There are two aspects of speed. One is the speed with which the rotating disks, which means that like the speed with which the next block of data seem to read more. Perhaps because the interface is the fastest ATA-5 only UDMA66. The ATA-7 drive UDMA133.
