HELLO - I discovered my Saeco coffee machine a little slow (it was a couple of times). In other words, the steam began to escape when the machine (drip is running, should be about a minute later start). A friend, a coffee fanatic I use a mixture of lemon juice? (forgotten), but I was not ready, lemons, they lose (and this seems complicated).
Can anyone advise me what to wear and how?

Never heard of it with lemons, but I have the white vinegar and very happy with it. I filled my coffee with half white vinegar and pour into the water tank and let it run through the pot. My mother used to clean coffee pots with diluted vinegar. It would be 5:1 mixture of water and vinegar, then just run through without coffee on the bottom of a cup of hot vinegar. I have never seen otherwise.
